At Hamrick’s Diesel Repair, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of detailing and chemical products, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:
Provide clear photos of the damaged item
Include photos of the shipping box and packaging
Provide your order number
Once reviewed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost Packages
